If you plan on being in the Montréal or Ottawa area in mid-May, join us for our second annual Comics for Charity event. The event will be held May 16 and 17 as part of the May Show in Vankleek Hill, Ontario. This quaint little town, dubbed The Gingerbread Capital of Ontario, is located mid-way between Montréal and Ottawa. The May Show is an arts festival featuring the work of local artists and crafters. The show is held outdoors if the weather is favorable, and at the community center if it rains.

Last year's event raised $1435.50, which went to three charitable organizations (a local women's shelter, the ALS Society of Ontario, and a local no-kill canine adoption center).

Once again this year, Dale will be doing sketches for donations. If you plan on being there, let us know (through the Contact option above) as soon as possible because the sketch list is quickly filling up. We will also have a few boxes from our personal comic book collection on hand, to be exchanged for donations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DALE WILL NOT BE TAKING SKETCH REQUESTS FOR INDIVIDUALS NOT ATTENDING THE SHOW (i.e. to be done outside of this event and then mailed).
